I am a licensed therapist, an intersectional feminist, an empath, an advocate of vulnerability, a feeler, and a humxn above all. I hold space for women to process, explore, feel, grow, and reclaim their sense of worth.
I grew up struggling with the comparison trap, not feeling good enough, and masking my fears with perfectionism. Through my own journey towards self-compassion, I learned that it is not life itself, but our stories, narratives, and beliefs that hinder and prevent us from growth and change. We all deserve to be seen and heard. We all struggle. And none of us are immune to feelings of loss, depression, anxiety, stagnancy, grief, and fear.
I'm here to normalize mental wellness and to end stigma because allowing ourselves to feel and be imperfectly human can help guide us through life's ups and downs with less shame, and more authenticity.
